You can enable Call Recording on any or all of your Virtual Numbers. If enabled, every incoming call and every outbound Outdial call, both from your phone or the web, is recorded. Great for Telephone Mystery Shopping and Call Tracking on advertising, ensuring that calls are handled professionally by your staff or a 3rd party, or to just keep a record. Call Recordings show up in the same place as your Voicemails, so you can see the calls that were recorded as well as the Voicemails recorded simultaneously.

We NEVER delete Call Recordings while your account is active unless you delete them. But you don't have to; we have virtually Unlimited Call Recording capacity, so you never have to delete Call Recordings.
