There are laws within the US, both on Federal State and local levels, that may require you to notify both parties that Call Recording is occurring. Because we cannot know what state each party is physically residing in, by default we play a short message to both the caller and the callee indicating that Call Recording is enabled.

Because in many states, and possibly outside the US, only one-party consent is required, we allow you to prevent this message from being played. By doing so, you take full responsibility for following the laws in your, and in some cases the caller or callee's, location.
